International Standard Serial Number ISSN is a type of eight-digit serial number issued to identify a Serial publication.
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानक सीरियल नंबर ISSN एक धारावाहिक प्रकाशन की पहचान करने के लिए जारी आठ अंकों का सीरियल नंबर का एक प्रकार है।
ISSN is a worldwide identification code used by publishers, suppliers, libraries, information services, bar coding systems, union catalogues, etc. for citation and retrieval of serials such as Journals, Newspapers, Newsletters, Directories, Yearbooks, Annual Reports, Monograph series, etc.
