1. Eight Years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a
2. Regular basis in level – 5 in the pay matrix (Rs. 29200-92300) or equivalent in the parent cadre of department
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized university or Institute
4. Two Year’s professional experience in Library under Central Government or State Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organization/public sector undertaking/university or recognized Research Institutions or educational institution.
