Essential Qualification :
Essential:

1. A Master’s degree in Library Science of a University or equivalent; or
2. A second class Master’s degree of a University and also a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science of a University or equivalent.
3. Three years’ experience in Library Management and operation of Library Service in a Public or Institutional Library of repute.

Desirable: Experience in teaching in Library Science
