Qualification and Experience : 

Essential: 

Master's Degree from a recognized university or institute 

Master Degree in Lib. and Information Science from a recognized university of Institute.

Experience: 

at least 15 fifteen years experience in middle and senior management positions in any organizations, out of which at least seven years experience of Administration, Establishment and financial management in Central of State Government of UTs or Autonomous or statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized research or education Institutes. 

Age limit: The age limit for deputation Including short term contract shall not exceed 56 years.

Method of Recruitment 

Deputation (Including short term Contract)

Officers of the central or state Govt.Union Territories or Autonomous statutory bodies or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or Recognized research or educational institutes. 

Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the percent cadre or department 

with 3 years serviced in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay matrix level 13 (Rs. 118500-214100) or equivalent in the present cadre/department.

Contract : persons possessing the qualification and experience.

Note: The maximum age limit for appointment on contract basis shall not exceed sixty seven years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
