The total capacity of users in Google Meet is limited to 250 only. Therefore, the login to the webinar would be first come first basis until 250 users.
Kindly follow the general instructions for the smooth conduct of the session.     
1. Join the session at  10.45 A.M. itself, so that technical issues can be sorted out, if any
2. Just before joining the event kindly “Turn off microphone” ” (ctrl + d) and “Turn off camera” (ctrl + e). Kindly do not click on “Present”..
3. Question must raised only by chat box, the moderator will ask questions to the Resource Person.
4. Do not post welcome/Good Morning/ Hello/PPT/Certificate etc. messages in the chat box during the session.
5. Program will commence at 11.00 a.m.
6. Please ensure that you have installed Google meet app.
7. At the end of the session, we will provide a link for the feedback form in the chat box.
8. All the active participants will be provided with an E-certificate on submission of feedback form.
9. In case, due to some technical problems, if the registered participants’ connection goes off during the session, they are requested to rejoin by using the same Link.
