Pay Level : 7 of pay Matrix of Seventh Pay Commission will be regularized as per extant rules.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract shall not exceed 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application)
Essential Qualification and Experience 
Possessing Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science a recognized University or Institute and
Having 2 years professional experience in a Library under Central Government or state Government or Autonomous or Statutory Organisation or Public Sector Undertaking or Recognized University or Institution.
Desirable Qualification 
Master's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University or Institute. Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized university or Institute.
Eligibility Condition 
The Officer Under the Central Government or State Government of Union Territory  Administrations or Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory Autonomous Bodies or Recognized Universities or Institutes.
Holding analogous post on Regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with 05 years of regular service in the grade in level - 6 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department
