Educational Qualification

•  Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 5596 marks (or an equivalent grade or grade point wherever grading system is followed) with knowledge of computerization of library. 
• Qualifying in Library Science at the National Eligibility Test conducted by the UGC or any other test like SET/SLET accredited by the UGC for the purpose of recruitment In West Bengal.
