• with 3 years o regular service in the grade; and 
• Possessing the following qualification: 
• M.Sc./M.A./M.Com Degree; and
• Bachelor's degree in Library Science; and 
• 1 Experience in acquisition of hooks periodicals and documentation work in a Medical or other library of standing.
