Pay : Level 08 Basic Pay Rs. 47,600/ plus DA & Other allowances

Qualification 

• Masters Degree in Library & Information Science with at least 55% marks from any recognized University / Institution. 

Desirable Qualifications 

• PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent; Knowledge of Computer Applications; Knowledge of Creation and Maintenance of Digital Repositories using OSS, preferably DSpace: Knowledge of Metadata Creation using International Standards; Knowledge of using innovative Lib 3.0 tools: Evidence of experience of the above indicated jobs: Knowledge of various day to day activities in a special library 

Experience 

• Minimum experience of 10 years in handling various jobs in special libraries in digital environment
