• Officers holding analogous or equivalent posts in Central Govt./ State Government / State Electricity Boards / Public Sector Enterprises / Semi-Govt. Organisations etc. 
• (The period of deputation/shon-term contract including the period of deputation/contract in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of Central Govt. shall not be exceeding 3 (three) years). 

Qualifications / Experience  Essential 

• i) Degree or equivalent from a recognized University or Institution 
• ii) Bachelor in Library Science from a recognized University or institution.
