Assistant Librarian at National Institute of Bank Management, Kondhwe Khurd, Pune

Post : Assistant Librarian

Age Limit: Preferably not more than 40 years (relaxable for deserving candidates)

Tenure : Five-year renewable contract with a probation period of two years

Remuneration

• Pay Level 3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100) as per 7th CPC
• Gross monthly pay including HRA approx. ₹45,725/-
• Other benefits as per NIBM rules

Essential Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Library & Information Science (M.Lib.I.Sc.)
• Well-versed with MS Office and Library Software (Libsys/Koha)
• Diploma/Certificate in IT preferred

Experience :

• Minimum 5 years in technical library work such as classification, cataloguing, accessioning, barcode labeling, RFID, and library systems.

Desired Skills

• Experience with library website/intranet, digital library, DSpace, CMS
• Knowledge of reference management tools
• Understanding of copyright and IPR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
