It encourages to read literature and preserve it for future generations. In the world people are so engrossed in social media it is a responsibility of the government and the people to preserve these culture of handwritten literature. These measure like that of Turkey not only increases the literature's importance but also creates a physiological and mental awareness. Literature helps in coping with depression and anxiety as well brings inner peace.
