Pay : Entry Pay Rs. 1,31,400 (Academic Level 13A)

Age Limit : 55 years

Eligibility :

• As per UGC norms.
• Master's Degree in Library Science / Information Science or Documentation Science with minimum 55% marks or equivalent and minimum 50% marks or equivalent in +2 and UG level
• Experience: 8 (Eight) Years' experience as an Assistant Liberian/Deputy Librarian at University or College Level 
• Ph.D. Degree in Library Science/ Information Science /Documentation Science/Archives and Manuscript keeping/ Computerisation of Library
• Evidence of innovative library services including integration of ICT in library

Post : Assistant Librarian

Pay : Entry Pay Rs. 57,700 (Academic Level 10)

Age Limit : 45 years

Eligibility :

• As per UGC norms.
• Master's Degree in Library Science / Information Science or Documentation Science with minimum 55% marks or equivalent and minimum 50% marks or equivalent in +2 and UG level
• Knowledge of Computerization of a library
• Ph.D. in Library Science/ Information Science /Documentation Science/Archives and Manuscript keeping/ Computerisation of Library
• or thesis submitted with NET/SET/SLET qualified
• Experience: Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as Assistant Librarian/ Librarian in a Higher Education Institute is highly desirable
