Age Limit : (as on closing date): 27 years Maximum upper age-limit for NIFT employees may be relaxed upto five years or total length of service rendered (on regular and/or long-term contract basis) whichever is less.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- I) Graduate from a recognized University / Institution with diploma in Library Science OR Bachelors' Degree in Library Science from recognized University/Institution.
- II) At least one year working experience in a well established Library.
SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
- The selection of the candidate shall be purely on merit list. The Merit list will be drawn on the basis of Written-Test consists of Multiple Choice Questions & Skill-Test (wherever applicable) for the posts as indicated below:

- 1. Domain Knowledge
- 2. Quantitative Aptitude
- 3. Basic English
- 4. General Awareness
Skill Test Details
- 1. Computer proficiency test - MS
- 2. Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- 3. Library related software's
- Maximum Marks (MM) & Duration
- Written Test — 70 MM Duration: 02:00Hrs
- Skill Test — 30 MM Duration: 20 Mins
