- • Evidence of innovative library services including ICT integration.
- • Ph.D. in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science / Archives & Manuscript Keeping / Computerization of Library.
- Divyang Suitability Suitable for benchmark disabilities:
(a) Low Vision
(b) Hard of Hearing
(c) Locomotor Disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims, muscular dystrophy.

Essential Qualification
- • Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with minimum 55% marks.
- • Consistently good academic record with knowledge of library computerization.
- • Must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) OR Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016.
- • NET not required for programmes where NET is not conducted.
Experience :
- Minimum 06 years relevant experience after qualifying degree, out of which 03 years in Pay Level-7 (GP 4600) or above.
