Scheme NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)

Essential Qualification

• Passed 10th class examination (as listed under Para D — Trade/Discipline Sl.1)

Duration of Training : 12 months

Stipend (Category: Trade Apprentice / 10th/12th) ₹8,200 per month (as per Apprentices Act stipend table for Trade Apprentices)

Available Seats & Locations (as per advertisement)

• Mumbai — 1 seat (NAPS)
• Nazira & Sivasagar (Eastern Sector) — 1 seat (NAPS)
• Age Criteria 

Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 06.11.2025 (DOB between 06/11/2001 and 06/11/2007). Relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories (documented in advertisement).

Selection Selection based on merit drawn from marks obtained in the qualifying examination (as per advertisement). Reservation and relaxations as per Government guidelines.
