Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification  Postgraduate degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• A consistently good academic record is essential.

Experience : 

• Minimum 08 years of experience as Assistant Librarian in Level 10 or higher in a University or reputed Institute library.

Desirable

• Ph.D. in Library/Information Science/Documentation/Archives

Demonstrated experience in:

• Library operations and e-resource management
• Scholarly communication, library instruction
• Digital transformation of library services
• ICT integration in teaching and research
• Evidence of innovative library services
• Knowledge of contemporary digital library technologies
• Research publications in reputed journals
• Strong managerial & communication skills
